We charge $80 per hour + whatever parts we use

IN HOME SERVICE:

In home service calls are subject entirely to the availability of our technicians.  You are welcome to call in and give us your name, the name of your game and its symptoms and we will put you on a waiting list for your area.  We will wait until we have built up several calls for a specific area and then send a technician to take care of all of those house calls in one day.  It is difficult to estimate how long it will take to service a particular area and our service areas are limited, but we will do our very best to serve you in a timely manner.  It is unusual that any area be made to wait longer than 2 weeks or so.

In home service calls are $175 for the first hour + parts and $80 per hour after the first.

*Please note that you will have to call in and confirm we service your area if you live more than 50 miles out of the San Fernando Valley.
